We recently traveled to Richmond, Virginia, to meet Chrissie and Paul for their engagement session.
These two love the historic downtown neighborhood where they live, and I can see why! It made a wonderful setting for their engagement photos. We started canal-side at Great Shiplock Park, then strolled the streets of Church Hill before ending at Libby Hill Park. Being “Mad Men” fans, they love the retro feel of the area and are particularly fond of the old Lucky Strike factory building, an iconic part of the Richmond skyline. We were even fortunate enough to catch a gorgeous sunset to highlight the breathtaking view of the city.
We had a great time exploring Richmond with you two! Can’t wait to photograph your wedding next fall.
